We say, “A failure to plan is a plan to fail.” Either way you look at it, planning is key! Based on careful planning and professional experience, our process consists of 5ive clear-cut phases:

  1. Defining the project, where we learn about you, your company, and your audience; clarify your online goals & objectives; and, setup the project (design team, schedules, budget).
  2. Developing site structure involves creating/editing the site's content, mapping the site's overall framework, and defining the individual page naming & layout conventions.
  3. Visual design and testing is all about creating the “look & feel” of the site (color schemes, interface graphics, interactivity particulars)—which leads to confirming the feasibility & functionality of these visuals and handing them off to our production staff for programming, assembly and testing.
  4. Backend programming, assembly and quality assurance testing is where everything comes together; the planning and development are combined with the design and programming—followed by extensive inspection and pre-launch testing.
  5. Launch and support round out our process with the site being delivered to you, our client, and unveiled to the public online—all of which is supported by strategic, pre-planned site maintenance and marketing.
